Affiliate and ownership disclosure

Affiliate links

Some links on this site go to eBay through the eBay Partner Network, for parts and OBD-II scanners. If you buy after clicking, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Links marked "affiliate link" or with a sponsored tag are these. We use them sparingly, only where a part or a scanner is useful for the page. Prices on eBay are theirs, not ours, and we do not show them here. Make sure any part fits your car before you buy.

Our own businesses

Fair Price is owned by the same operator as JunkRun (junk removal) and Snow Pass (snow plowing) in Massachusetts. When a page sends you to either, it says so. The junk removal and snow plowing prices on this site are their real price lists, not an average of other companies.

Everything else

For plumbing, HVAC, roofing and the other home trades, and for cars, Fair Price does not receive money from any shop or contractor and does not name them. The ranges are not influenced by anyone who pays us.
